Description
This is a part of the Herb and Pepper Crusted Salmon with Creamed Sweet Corn recipe.
INGREDIENTS
1 + 1/2 cups whole kernel sweet corn (fresh or frozen, thawed)
375ml (1 + 1/2 cups) cream
flaky sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
METHOD
- Place corn and cream in a saucepan set over a medium heat and heat till boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes or till liquid has reduced to a sauce consistency and corn has softened. Season to taste.
