RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE

This recipe works well with Pumpkin and Feta Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette
INGREDIENTS
45ml (3 tbsp) extra virgin olive oil
15 ml (1 tbsp) raspberry vinegar
flaky sea salt
freshly ground black pepper
METHOD
- In a small bowl place oil and vinegar with salt and pepper to taste. Whisk well before pouring over salad.
