A sunny kiwi Christmas with a taste of the tropics:  light, fresh, and communal for family and friends. This is Ruth’s take for her incredibly popular Christmas classes this year. Grab a group of friends and get yourselves sorted for Christmas.

New Zealand Christmases are often warm, and to make the most of our summery celebration Ruth is adding an extra layer of sunny tastes:  light, fresh, tropical flavours.

While it’s fun to acknowledge English traditions as we did last year, our local style is different. So this Christmas our menu and approach will better suit our relaxed often communal style of celebrating Christmas with family and friends.  Think shared platters groaning with deliciousness, fruity flavours, freshness and simplicity.

As always, Ruth is careful to keep stress levels low and appreciation levels high. These classes are perfect for family groups (maybe sharing their own Christmas Day festivities) or friends who simply enjoy cooking and eating together. The decorative theming is always a highlight, too!
