LIME SOY DIPPING SAUCE
Description
(makes approx 125ml (1/2 cup)
Choose a Japanese brand of soy sauce such as Kikkoman for this sauce.
It will be less salty than some other brands.
This recipe goes with Salmon and Wasabi Cakes
INGREDIENTS
60ml (1/4 cup) lime juice
60ml (1/4 cup) soy sauce
20g (2 tbsp) brown sugar
METHOD
- Place lime juice, soy sauce and brown sugar into a non-reactive bowl and combine. Cover and refrigerate till required. Lime Soy Dipping Sauce can be made up to three days in advance if kept covered and refrigerated.
