The heart and soul of Ruth Pretty Catering is catering for individuals and companies … board room lunches, private dinner parties, corporate cocktail events and weddings are our "bread and butter”, and we love them.
We have worked with some of our clients for 25 years, and really value those relationships.
Paul and I manage the catering business closely, daily. I’m responsible for all the food and Paul for all the logistics and planning. We bounce ideas off each other - for example, Paul’s wine knowledge complements my food, or my ideas add flair for a special event. We’re a good team.
We believe successful catering is as much about impeccable organisation and high quality service as it is about great food. It’s our ‘holy trinity’.
