For groups of 10 to 40 guests

These are our most relaxed classes.Guests are invited to work with our chefs at the outdoor woodfired pizza oven to make and cooktheir own pizzas. From then on guests can relax and enjoy the hospitality of Ruth Pretty Catering, with a buffet lunch and dessert and time for some cricket if the weather allows.

Suggested Programme
11.00am Guests arrive

11.15am Once guests are settled the Ruth Pretty Catering chefs will demonstrate preparing the dough and ingredients for woodfired pizzas

11.45am After the demonstration guests will be invited to roll, top and cook their own pizzas in our outdoor wood fire pizza oven

12.45pm Pizza will be followed by a buffet lunch and dessert

1.30pm- 4.00pm Guests will then be able to enjoy the afternoon outside playing cricket, croquet and petanque in the Springfield garden

Price: $120.00 (excluding GST) per guest

This price includes exclusive use of the Springfield house and garden, a set of recipes and a signed cookbook for guests to take home.  Prices excludes wine. Please see the wine list here.
